Built in 1986 and renovated in 2007, the property offers unique features that cater to small and mid-sized tenants in the submarket, including a sunlit atrium, a back-up generator system, and underground parking. Ownership is bringing a fresh, hands-on approach to the building’s management and is initiating a renovation plan to modernize the asset through common area and infrastructure upgrades.
